Week 4

Wasn't General Conference fabulous! I love having the BYU channel. Not only was conference great, but Alan got to spend all day Sunday with Peter and I. It was nice to have some extra hands and the weather was so beautiful that we even got to take a stroll in the park between sessions.

Never a dull moment this week. Peter got to spend a lot of time in his car seat this week which he is still trying to decide if he likes or not. My sister Michelle got married this week so we had family in town so we spent a lot of time in the car traveling to visit. I have decided that the worst sound in the world is your baby crying/screaming in the back seat while you are driving in traffic, it is enough to make you want to cry.
Peter is also still trying to decide if he likes the pacifier or not, not that I mind because I don't want him to become dependant on it but he likes to suck on things so much I thought it was worth a try.

I am still amazed at how tiny Peter is and that he is so perfect. Here he is holding dad's finger.

Just another cute picture of my little man.

Here he is with aunt Sarah at Michelle's wedding.

Bath time, Peter really likes to float in the water-like father like son!

Wow Peter looks so much like Alan in the third picture. So cute. Have you tried the gum drop pacifiers? They are the ones my babies always take and they are by far the best pacifier I have seen. My kids aren't huge pacifier kids but I do love that in church I can stop them from making too much noise by putting the pacifier in. Bella usually uses hers to chew on lately because she is working on so many teeth. She does take it to go to sleep sometimes too though. I know how you feel about the car thing. I did literally cry a few times while driving Hannah around. She screamed for the first year in the car. She got over it though and Bella has been really different and easy in the car. What really helped with Hannah was getting one of those mirrors for the car. Then the baby can look at themselves and you can also see them which I always like.

Love the baby pictures! I love how they have no control over their movements! Cute!
Both my kids went through stages with their pacifiers and both stoped taking them when they were around one. I love pacifiers so much more than thumbs! Karina did they same thing and used it while she was teething but only a little then she thought it was funny and will now try to give it to her babies.
You are so right on the baby crying thing! So sad! We also have a mirror and love it!
