Peter is getting so BIG I am shocked everyday to discover what new "big" things he can do! We have been trying to introduce some quiet games into his play time especially on Sundays...he loves to play connect four and Uno is his new favorite...it took a while to explain the concept of when to say uno but he does great with his matching of colors and numbers and is getting pretty good at even holding the cards...his mommies competitive nature is starting to show though because he is all about "winning" lately!
I had to document this day-the day Isaac finally ate watermelon...he is officially now my child and not my cousins :) He is not a huge fan of the juice running down his arm, not that I can blame him, but he just loves feeling like a big boy holding the pieces...although we had to take the rind away since he chewed it down to the green!Isaac talking on daddy's phone while daddy worked on the computer! Isn't it amazing how quickly our children learn to use our "devices", they are so smart!
We spent a lot of time with the garden hose this summer...this day they discovered that they could drink out of it-what a thrill!
And yes, my kiddos end up running around in their underwear most days because I refuse to wash more than one set of clothes a day! Believe it or not Isaac can wear Peter's undies...they are even a little snug!
Peter learned to peddle with the help of dad, although he didn't want to go too far because he did not want to run over the picture of the ties that he had drown on the patio! Oh, my silly boy!
Is this not the cutest little play dougher you have ever seen? He sure does know how to strike a pose (something he definitely did not get from me!)
We got our fish tank set up this month as well and I don't know who was more excited, Alan or the boys, to finally get some fish after weeks of cycling the tank! (well, really I think it was Alan!) Although, they loved the tank even without the fish. I was amazed at how much they would get excited over water and bubbles! It has been a fun hobby for everyone!
I think Isaac saying fish is so cute! He was hard to catch on video because he was just so excited he wouldn't hold still!

The boys are so big. I'm glad Alan got a fish tank.
