March

Do you ever have those days at church where you think... I should have stayed in bed today?  I did the first Sunday of March.  After a particularly rowdy sacrament meeting I move on to Primary for the next two hours to do singing time.  As I am setting up for the jr singing time I realize that Naomi has pooped all up the back of herself.  It is everywhere!  She never does that so I don't carry a change of clothes for her.  So bless the sister who took her to dress to the bathroom and tried to clean it off for me so she wouldn't have to sit in just a diaper the next two hours!  After singing time I go into nursery for theirs and Isaac is hiding in the corner by himself.  A little unusual for him so I went to talk to him and to take him potty.  Well, once in the bathroom i discovered why he was hiding.  He had peed all over himself.  The only thing not covered in pee was his socks, which were questionable.  I haven't carried a change of clothes for Isaac in a while so I was totally caught off guard.  I went to the van and all I could find was one of Naomi's diapers.  Good think she is a big girl because that is what Isaac wore the rest of church.  Someone said I should have just gone home, which would have been nice but really they seemed fine as you can see! But man, what a day! I am sure I got many weird looks as we were leaving church! lol

Some super exciting news for March is that we found and decided to buy a house!  We were kinda caught by surprise when the opportunity presented itself because that was a year away in our plans...but it is amazing how the Lord works in our life!  We are super excited.  I will post more pictures when we move.  But here is my awesome new kitchen!
Imagine a black paper Long John Silver's pirate hat on her head and you will know what I looked like at this age!

Our musicians, they crack me up with their creativity and total confidence in themselves!
So one morning Peter was asking for some tape and this is what he created...Super Bear!
Naomi and Isaac playing.  She loves to pull EVERYTHING out of the shelves and drawers.  But I let her because in my mind they are happy and playing together!

Isaac with his Captain Hook hat and hook (the hanger) and Jake sword.  What a character!
Naomi chewing on one of the swords...quite the princess don't you think!?

Peter's village he made for his stripling warriors that we made for him to play with during general conference.

Are you the primary chorister now? That is such a hard calling with a baby! I feel for you and having to sit alone with three kids under 5!

Yep, I have been doing double duty and then finally released from the presidency and called as just the music leader in January I think. It hasn't really been bad until the past few weeks cause she wants to see what is going on instead of napping...
